Modi and EPS will start packing after results: Duraimurugan

Duraimurugan was in Ottapidaram exhorting people to give DMK candidate Shanmugayya the mandate for the bypolls. Kanimozhi was also present in the dais. While addressing people, Duraimurugan said CM Edappadi Palaniswamy and PM Modi will have to pack their bags after the results for their anarchy and apathy.

The Vellore MLA said it was he who prompted Kanimozhi to contest from Tuticorin. "I felt Kanimozhi would be the perfect person to voice the issues of Tuticorin, being a crusader for women's rights, embroiled yet resilient in tough times, Kanimozhi is tailor-made to represent Tuticorin in Lok Sabha. She alone could resolve the water issues and create growth in industrial estate", said the DMK treasurer.

As an aberration to the DMK ideology, Duraimurugan said the DMK candidates of all the 4 bypoll constituencies are bound to win as they have lord Murugan's names. Duraimurugan was hopeful that DMK would sweep Tuticorin both in bypoll (Ottapidaram constituency) and the Lok Sabha elections.
