Durai Murugan dares Edappadi Pazhaniswamy to resign
Durai Murugan's statement further ridiculed the Chief Minister's speech in Sulur comparing it to a layman's understanding of matters.

After Tamil Nadu Chief Minister alleged seizure of huge amount of cash and gold from Durai Murugan, the DMK leader dared the Chief Minister to prove his claim. He questioned, “If Edappadi Palaniswami’s government successfully proves that I possess 12 kgs of gold and Rs 13 crores in cash, I will resign my post, if not, will Edappadi Pazhaniswamy step down?”
The press release further read, “after politically-motivated raids at my college and residence, the income tax managed only a paltry Rs 10 lakh with no gold confiscation”.
