“Rahul Gandhi has created an anti-BJP image on the young voters mind by talking cheap politics. He has spoken in a defamatory manner against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and that too inside an educational institution, it is unfair,” Tamilisai said during her interaction with reporters.

PM Modi has spoken in several colleges, but Rahul has campaigned suppressing the facts related to Modi. This is a poll code violation. Rather than talking about serious issues like poverty, drinking water shortage and issues related to economy, Rahul chose to campaign against Modi. “Rahul’s brother-in-law Robert Vadra is facing corruption charges against him, but Rahul did not talk on this subject,” he said.

The Congress leader chose to target the PM on issues like GST and demonetisation. Rahul’s speech is just politics and in the presence of 3,000 college students, she said and added however, he failed to explain about the corruption charges faced by his family members and other Congress leaders.

She added that the campaign of Rahul in the state will not create any impact and the Tamils will not spare the Congress for the genocide that happened in Sri Lanka. It may be noted that the address by the Congress president in Stella Maris College has been viral on social media with college students going gaga over their interaction with theCongress leader.
