RM Veerappan skeptical of Rajini’s political skills
MGR Kazhagam founder and former AIADMK minister RM Veerappan on Friday described his close and good friend and actor Rajinikanth as a ‘great human being,’ but doubted whether he could manage a stable political party.

Rajinikanth, who had a year back confirmed his political entry, was yet to launch his own party.
Talking to reporters after a meeting of his party’s general council here, Veerappan said Rajinikanth, who had acted in several hit films produced by the former under the banner Sathya Movies, said “Rajini is a great actor.”
Rajini would work for the betterment of the people. “But, I am doubtful whether he can manage a stable political party,” he added. Veerappan said the general council decided to extend support to the DMK in the ensuing Lok Sabha elections.
