Kamal extends b’day wishes to Nallakannu

Kamal took to Twitter to greet the veteran communist. “He was named so by his parents, but through his actions all his life he has made the meaning of his name come through. I extend birthday wishes to the veteran leader Nallakannu. Let us celebrate the good people and good things with all our hearts.”

The birthday greeting comes days after Kamal declared that his Makkal Needhi Maiam is open to electoral alliances with like-minded parties. He has shared a rapport with several leaders from left parties, including Nallakannu and Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, leading to speculations on his party forging a tie-up with the communist parties.
