37-year-old woman passenger dies on flight
A 37-year-old woman passenger on a Chennai-bound flight from West Bengal died of cardiac arrested on Monday. She was on her way to Puducherry for treatment.

The deceased, Zahira Begam from Kharagpur, was suffering from jaundice. On Monday, Zahira, her husband Javid Ahamed and two brothers boarded the flight to Chennai.Â
When the flight landed at the Chennai airport around 7.50 am, Javid tried to wake up Zahira but in vain. Soon, the airport medical team rushed inside the flight.Â
The medical team said that Zahira had died mid-air due to probable cardiac arrest. Later, the airport police shifted the body for autopsy to the Chromepet Government Hospital.
