Madras High Court on Monday dismissed the plea seeking ban on indefinite strike announced by JACTO-GEO, while the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court decided to consider the urgent hearing of the plea seeking to prohibit indefinite strike of JACTO-GEO organization. At the time of hearing, the representatives of JACTO-GEO informed the Madurai bench that they had decided to postpone the strike, concerning the upcoming half-yearly examination.
