“DMK leader MK Stalin should mind his tongue before commenting about Prime Minister Modi. PM is the representative of this country and his visits to foreign countries is for the overall development. Dubbing the visits as a fun tour is condemnable,” Union Minister Pon Radhakrishnan said. He also said that the country has benefitted with economy growth and job opportunities due to the foreign visits of Modi.

Meanwhile, BJP state president Tamilisai Soundararajan also tweeted in response to Stalin’s comment that the PM was globe-trotting. Those who comment that the PM was globe-trotting should understand that the foreign investments and growth is coming through PM visits.

Tamilisai also took a jibe at Stalin for frequently walking out of the Assembly. “What has the state got due to Stalin’s frequent walkout from the state Assembly conducted using public money,” she tweeted. She also mocked the coalition mooted by Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu to unseat PM Modi as a flock of sheep against a lion.
