Protests are not right: Premalatha

Speaking to mediapersons in Vellore, she said the AIADMK-led protests against Sarkar is condemnable.

Stating that it was not right on her part to comment on the movie as she was yet to see it, Premalatha said: “However, it is a matter of regret that the AIADMK is creating problems for a movie that has already been cleared by the censor board. If such is the case, then we have to wonder whether the board did its job.”

“Those in the movie industry should also think whether it is right to popularise a movie by creating a controversy about it,” she added.
