The president of Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM) has been visiting different places across the state as part of his mission to connect with the people.
MNM sources said Kamal will visit Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri districts on November 9 and 10.
His stops include Nallampalli, Papparapatti, Palakkadu, Girimangalam and Dharmapuri on November 9, while visiting Aaroor, Oothankarai, Matthur, Bargur, Krishnagiri, Royakottai and Hosur the next day.
Kamal Haasan has previously visited Erode, Tirupur, Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Kanniyakumari, Salem and Namakkal districts over the past few months since the launch of his party in February this year.
With him declaring that MNM would consider contesting bypolls for the 20 vacant assembly seats, Kamal’s decision to continue his state-wide tour is expected to be closely watched by political analysts.
As part of his political campaign, the MNM president is expected to meet local residents, educate them on the importance of holding gram sabhas.
