Tamil Nadu CM announces deepavali allowances for government employees

The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Edappadi K Palaniswami on Tuesday announced the Deepavali bonus details for the government employees.

According to a press release, the minimum bonus amount will be Rs 8,400 while the maximum will be Rs 16,800.

The allowances will be given to employees in Water department, Electricity board and Transport departments.

As many as 3,58,330 employees will be benefited and about Rs 486.92 crore will be spect for the same.
