Stalin exhorts cadre to gear up for poll war to unseat BJP, AIADMK

Delivering his maiden address in the capacity of party president at Mupperum Vizha, the annual grandeur organised to celebrate the birthdays of Periyar, Anna and the founding of the DMK, at Villupuram on Saturday evening, Stalin reiterated his commitment to the self-respect, social justice and rationalist principles and said, 

“We should vow to end the servile and selfish AIADMK regime and the fascist BJP regime. We cannot rest till then. We should renew our hopes. We can establish a secular government only by ending a communal and fascist govt. You should stand by me to achieve it as Kalaignar’s son.” 

“Our target should be defeating the corrupt AIADMK and communal BJP. This is not just Mupperum Vizha, but also the workshop to prepare for the upcoming elections. It could be the ensuing by-election in Tiruparankundram or Tiruvarur or the next Lok Sabha or even the state election. Whatever it is, the victory will be ours,” Stalin proclaimed.

Stalin equates Modi regime with Nazis; Calls ruling AIADMK ‘Jokers’ In a no holds barred verbal assault against the ruling BJP and AIADMK, Stalin equated the Prime Minister Narendra Modi regime with the rule of fascist Nazis and called the ruling AIADMK ‘jokers’ who don’t deserve to rule the state for even a minute.“Traits of the Modi regime are akin to the rule of Nazis. Hence, they have blocked the passport of a student,” the DMK president remarked, apparently referring to the arrest and freezing of research scholar Lois Sofia for sloganeering against the BJP regime in Thoothukudi.

Accusing the BJP and the AIADMK of acting as agents of Vedanta and killing 13 innocent people during anti-Sterlite protests, Stalin referred to BJP’s commitment to Hindutva ideology and wondered, “Were nine of the 13 killed in Thoothukudi not Hindus? Was NEET victim Prathibha, protesters in Neduvasal, Kathiramangalam and farmers who had protested in New Delhi were not Hindus? People of Tamil Nadu will not be deceived by your dramas. The end is nearing for the fascist and communal regime.” 

Recalling Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent statement that he was ready to debate the achievements of the 48-month old BJP regime, Stalin asked, “Have you fulfilled your promise of depositing Rs 15 lakh after retrieving black money? Have you created 10 crore jobs? Have you destroyed black money? Have you eradicated poverty? Raj Bhavans are Governor’s palaces or surveillance camera of Centre? I demand an answer.”

Levelling an equally venomous attack on the ruling AIADMK, Stalin listed out the various scams plaguing the ruling dispensation and raids conducted on several Ministers and bureaucrat’s places and said, “The AIADMK has pawned self-respect to swindle money. It is raining scams in 

the regime.”

“Has Tamil Nadu ever seen an incumbent DGP’s house being raided? It will end. People who count currency now will start counting prison bars soon? They are jokers who don’t deserve to rule this govt for even a minute. We should defeat them. Only you can do it,” thundered Stalin, concluding his maiden speech.
