VCK leader admitted to hospital for food poisoning
VCK leader Thol Thirumavalavan was hospitalised, on Sunday, following complaints of food poisoning.

According to sources in VCK, Thirumavalavan was in Cuddalore to participate in a serious of events and after he consumed food in a hotel he reportedly felt dizzy. Three others, who consumed food in the same hotel, also complained of stomach ache and vomiting.
Despite feeling unwell, Thirumavalavan went to a hillock to plant saplings. “It was after the event that his condition worsened.
He immediately returned to the lodge and doctors were called,” sources said. On hearing Thirumavalavan’s health condition his supporters assembled in front of the lodge. He was later admitted to a private hospital on Greams road in Chennai.
MDMK leader Vaiko, visited the hospital, on Monday.
