Sivaganga man held for posting abusive videos
A man hailing from Sivaganga district who posted abusive videos about the Chief Minister, other ministers and police personnel from Kuwait was arrested at Thiruvananthapuram airport on Thursday.

Sankaralingam (27), who worked as a driver in Kuwait, had posted videos on Facebook abusing policemen when a pregnant woman had died in Tiruchy. He also abused other ministers during the Cauvery dispute, IPL controversy and the Thoothukudi firing incident.Â
A case was registered against him at Anna Nagar police station and was forwarded to the cyber crime wing of Central Crime Branch. Finding out that he was coming home via Kerala to evade arrest, the CCB sleuths arrested him when he landed at the airport.
