Special trains from Chennai to Nellai, Nagercoil

Train No 06005 will leave Chennai Central at 8 pm on July 6, 13, 20 and 27 and reach Ernakulam Junction at 8.45 am the next day. Train No 06006 will start from Ernakulam Jn at 7 pm on July 8, 22 and 29 and reach Chennai Central at 7.20 am the next day.

A tri-weekly special fare special train (No 06027) from Tambaram to Kollam will be operated on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from July 2 to September 28. That train will leave Tambaram at 5.30 pm and reach Kollam at 10 am the next day.

Train No 06028 will leave Kollam at 11.30 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from July 3 to September 29 and reach Tambaram at 3.30 am the next day.

Train No 06007 will start from Chennai Central at 8 pm on July 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 and reach Nagercoil at 11.05am the next day. Train No 06008 will leave Nagercoil at 5 pm on July 4, 11, 18, 25 and August 1 and reach Chennai Central at 7.20 am the next day. Train No 06058 will leave Chennai Central at 3.15 pm on July 4, 11, 18, 25, August 1, 8, 22, 29 and September 5, 12, 19 and 26 (Wednesdays) and reach Santragachi at 7 pm the next day.

Another special train will leave Puducherry at 7.15 pm on July 7, 14, 21, 28, August 4, 11, 25, September 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 (Saturdays) and reach Santragachi at 4.30 am on Mondays. Advance reservation for the above trains will commence at 8 am on Thursday (June 21), a release from Southern Railway said.
