Vinitha comes from a humble background with her father working in a petty shop and her mother being a housewife. However, her commitment to study and long-term lofty goals pushed her to work hard.
“I want to be an IAS officer one day, and that’s what kept me going. I have opted History and Geography as my major subjects next. This will provide me with a strong base to build my career from,” says the proud student.
As the government does not provide Braille books yet, Vinitha thanked her school for printing the books in order to encourage the students. She also thanked her scribe, without whom this wouldn’t have been possible.
