150 sovereigns stolen from marriage hall

According to police, the marriage of a local AIADMK leader was being held in the hall. After the marriage reception the previous night, relatives found that the door of a room was unlocked and all their belongings were in disarray. Around 150 sovereigns of gold jewellery kept in the room was  missing. 

Following this, they lodged a complaint with the Arni taluk police, who have now launched a search for the culprit. They have examined the CCTV footage of the hall.
