Govt effects major reshuffle of top IAS officers
In a reshuffle of top IAS officers by the state government, V Irai Anbu, now Principal Secretary/ Commissioner of Economics and Statistics, has been transferred and posted as Director, Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute, in place of Ashok Dongre, who is transferred and posted as Commissioner of Economics and Statistics.

S Jayandhi, formerly Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary, is the new Chairperson of Teachers’ Recruitment Board, replacing K Nanthakumar.Â
M Vijayakumar, Secretary, TNPSC, is posted as Managing Director, Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu (ELCOT), in place of B Chandra Mohan who held additional charge. A few other top IAS officials have also been transferred.
