Natarajan's final rites at native Vilar today

Sources close to Natarajan said that as per their family tradition, the deceased are cremated but in case of Natarajan, the family members have planned to bury him in the Mullivaikall Mutram and a spot has been identified. 

The body reached his native place at Parisutham Nagar near Vilar at 7.15 pm and his imprisoned wife VK Sasikala, who was on a 15-day parole along with TTV Dinakaran followed the same vehicle that carried the body. 

There was heavy rush and Sasikala, who was visibly moved was found weeping continuously. She sat alone in the vehicle with the body for a few minutes and paid tributes to her husband. Subsequently, the public started paying homage to the body kept in his house. 

According to family members, the funeral is scheduled on Wednesday and the body would be taken in a procession to Mullivaikkal Mutram around 4 pm. It will be laid to rest at the Mullivaikall Mutram premises. Sasikala’s brother Divakaran, Dinakaran’s supporters Thangatamilselvan, Vetrivel, Senthil Balaji and and others were present.
