Vishal discusses digital service providers’ row with Kamal

The issue has led to no Tamil films being released across the state in recent times, leading to setbacks for production houses and distributors as well as disappointed fans. With no resolution in near sight, Vishal called on the MNM president to step in and help bring about a solution.  

There was speculation that Vishal, who had filed a nomination to contest in the RK Nagar by-poll, was meeting Kamal to join the latter’s party. However, it was quelled as it emerged the discussion was purely on the financial crisis faced by the film industry.
