Sniffer dog Simba turns hero, nabs murder suspect
A police dog became the unlikely hero in a murder case on Monday. The dog clutched the clothes of the suspected culprit in its mouth, thereby helping the police nab the man involved in a business rivalry.

Ramjilal, 63, of UP had taken a godown on lease for leather business on Umarabad Road near Ambur. His rival in business Kuldeep, 23, was also from the same state. Ramjilal was found dead in his living quarters within the godown two days ago.Â
During the course of the investigation, police brought in Kuldeep to the police station for questioning when police sniffer dog Simba which was brought to the murder scene ran to the police station where clutched Kuldeep’s shirt.
Kuldeep confessed to the killing, admitting that it was caused by a business rivalry. He was arrested and remanded to custody.
