Fresh fire breaks out in Meenakshi Amman Temple

The room is present next to the temple office at the point where the West and South Adi Streets meet. Sources said at 6.30 pm, devotees walking in the West Adi street complained about smoke emanating from the locked CCTV camera room. 

Immediately, staff from the nearby temple office rushed to the spot and found the wires attached to the air-conditioner and the regulator attached to air-conditioner had been burnt. The power supply was immediately shutdown and the burnt wires segregated.
