I-T raids on KN Nehru’s rice mill

The mill equipped with the latest technology has been managed by Nehru’s brother KN Manivannan. It was said that the officials received information that the mill’s income and expenditure accounts did not match, so, they initiated a raid

Accordingly, around 15 officials from Tiruchy and Coimbatore went to the mill in 10 vehicles at 3.30 pm. The officials were also accompanied by police personnel for security purpose. The raid lasted for a few hours and the officials reportedly took away a few account documents.
