Fresh trouble erupted for actor Rajinikanth starred movie Linga as a petition had been filed against the movie crew at Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. The court on Monday adjourned the petition to January. Petitioner Director Ravirathnam, in his petition, had filed that Linga movie got released in 2014 and the story of the movie was based on his movie Mullaivanam 999. However, he stated that his story was stolen by the movie crew. He had earlier filed a case at Munsif court at Madurai and the case is still pending. In his additional petition, he had stated that producer, director and hero should appear in the case, but, however, only producer appeared and told the court that he was not present during the story hearing session. After which the court had disposed his petition. He had also prayed that director and hero of the movie had not appeared in the hearings and so the court should direct them to appear as they were the ones who were present while the story was told.
