time of courts, the petitioner preferred to withdraw the plea resulting in it being dismissed as withdrawn. Saravanan in his petition had submitted during Jayalalithaa’s hospitalisation, it was only Sasikala who had total control over the state government, the office of the chief minister and the state police through illegal means.
