Road safety hall in TN showrooms
To ensure safety of two-wheeler and pillion riders, all such showroom owners across the state have been requested to open “Road Safety Corners” for which necessary road safety material in the form of video, audio and printed material .

To ensure safety of two-wheeler and pillion riders, all such showroom owners across the state have been requested to open “Road Safety Corners” for which necessary road safety material in the form of video, audio and printed material will be supplied by the respective Regional Transport Officers (RTOs), a release issued by state transport department stated.
The release, pointing to the number of road accidents involving two-wheelers remaining considerably high, said, “Over 14,077 people had been killed in the road accidents in Tamil Nadu between January
and October 2017. The Transport Department, hence, is taking various steps for reducing such mishaps.”
