By conducting these raids, Centre cannot harm us: TTV Dinakaran

Calling the raids a political vendetta, the AIADMK leader said, ""People are watching everything. They understand what is going on. If the Centre thinks they can destroy us by conducting such raids, they are day-dreaming. It is a political vendetta. People who have looted the state are sitting in power."

Today morning, the Income Tax department raided the premises a of Dr. Namadhu MGR, a Tamil newspaper and Jaya TV, founded by late CM J Jayalalithaa.

E Pugazhendi's house in Domlur, Bengaluru was also raided. Pugazhendi is AIADMK Karnataka in-charge. 

Reportedly, the raids were conducted after reports of alleged tax evasion surfaced.

Jaya TV, the mouthpiece of AIADMK, is now managed by VK Sasikala and family.
