Hearing on ‘Two Leaves’ by Election Commission today, both factions confident

Former minister KP Munusamy dismissed all the supporting documents submitted by the Sasi faction as fabricated.
“All their documents are fake. We are the original AIADMK, and we are sure of securing the party symbol. We have submitted all documents to support our claims. We have also made our arguments before the EC,” he observed.
Seconding his views, Fisheries minister D Jayakumar stated that they had submitted proof for their hold in party. “The submissions include the latest list of resolutions adopted by the general council,” he said.
The Sasi group led by MLA E Rathinasabapathy and former minister Senthil Balaji said, “We would secure the symbol and emerge victorious.”
With regard to fudging documents, Rathinasabapathy maintained that the EC was aware of the fact that the affidavits filed by Panneerselvam were fabricated. “It came to light in the previous hearings. This would be proved in the current hearing,” he said.
