Tamilisai hits out at DMK
In a veiled attack, BJP state president Tamilisai on Thursday slammed Kamal Haasan for his comments on his entry into politics. She said actors (Kamal) are trying to capture power, which will never work out well in the state anymore. She also charged the Opposition DMK with trying to fish in the troubled waters of the present political scenario.

Tamilisai, who arrived in the maiden trip of Air India’s Alliance Air from Chennai to Tiruchy, told reporters, “It is his daydream and so it will never materialize.” The BJP state president also slammed the DMK and said that the party has been trying to fish in troubled waters.
She pointed out that even after the court had instructed the DMK not to misuse it and the office of the Governor as political platforms, the DMK leaders have met the Governor and even the President to topple the one-year-old AIADMK government in the state. She also charged the DMK to be behind the political instability in the state.
Saying that the people will faint when the corruption charges of the DMK are listed out, she asked the residents to wait for the verdict on 2G scam, which is expected soon.
Stating that the political parties can meet the President anytime, Tamilisai said that the present meeting by DMK in the current scenario has some hidden meaning.
