MBBS counselling held in Pondy

Counselling for the 220 MBBS management quota seats was held at the office of the Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC) of the government here on Friday.

Earlier, it was announced that the counselling for the management quota seats would be held on July 24. However, the same was postponed, since Tamil Nadu had moved the Supreme Court over the NEET issue.

After the Supreme Court upheld the directions of the Madras High Court, the counselling was scheduled for August 14, which was again postponed. However, it was conducted on Friday with the religious and linguistic minority candidates.
