Referring to the reported statement of the Union Minister, who had asked Tamil Nadu to be proactive in attractive investments and analyse why investors are moving to other states, DMK principal headquarters secretary Duraimurugan on Monday said Sitharaman knows Tamil Nadu and the national industrial climate quite well.
“She does not make any statements in a hurry. She gives serious thought (to an issue) before making a statement,” Duraimurugan remarked. Recalling how the AIADMK Ministers had vehemently denied the same charges made by him and his party working president MK Stalin in the Assembly earlier, the former DMK Minister said that Sitharaman would not buy the rhetoric flourish of the AIADMK Ministers.
He quickly added that the state would understand that the DMK MLAs, led by Stalin, were speaking with statistical evidence in the Assembly.
