Voter drive: Four lakh applications given during TN special camp
The applications received towards corrections, additions, deletions and shifting stood at 2,08,244 of which 1,78,686 were received offline and the rest 29,658 were received through online portal.

As many as 4,74,942 applications were received for inclusion and changes in ‘No voters to be left behind’, a month-long campaign run by state unit of Election Commission of India, according to sources.
The campaign which focussed on the first-time voters who fall in the 18-19 years’ age group, also used this period for continuous updation to maximize young voters’ enrolment across the state.
On the age group of 18 -19, the number of applications received stood at 2,66,698 of which 2,15,132 were received offline through various camps, including mega enrolment drive which took place on July 9 & 23, while 51,566 applications were received through online portals.

As on Aug 1, the ECI has uploaded the data of 3,58,743 applicants while passing orders in as many as 2,23,589 applications in its Electoral Roll Management System.
In the front of cleansing the Electoral Roll, the ECI has identified as many as 1,72,797 cases so far of which orders of deletion had been passed in 83,744 cases.
