The Kancheepuram police interrogated Santhosh on Sunday at Chennai airport when he arrived from London, where he was studying MBA, and questioned him about his father’s whereabouts and activities.

Sleuths from the CBCID and Enforcement Directorate too questioned him. Sridhar Dhanapal, a notorious criminal was wanted by the investigation agencies, was said to be operating from Dubai.

While he was let off after the interrogation, Kancheepuram police on Monday summoned him for a second time and served a notice in this regard at his doorstep at Ellappan Nagar.

As there was no response from him, a case has been booked under Section 174 of IPC (Non-attendance in obedience to an order from public servant) and a search is on to nab him. Police sources said he may be arrested any moment.
