Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams EO asks officials to get pilgrims’ feedback
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) executive officer Anil Kumar Singhal on Sunday instructed the officials concerned to get feedback and suggestions from the pilgrims waiting in the Vaikuntam Queue Complex (VQC) to provide much better facilities to them.

Kumar, who recently took charge as EO, along with Tirumala in-charge joint executive officer P Bhaskar, inspected the VQC compartments and observed the amenities being provided to them.
He also verified the SVBC programs being telecast on the big screens in the VQC compartments and instructed the officials to air interesting devotional programmes for the waiting pilgrims.
Later, the EO inspected the amphitheatre constructed in VQC- I and Rs 300 seeghra darshan compartments. He instructed the Public Relations Officer Dr T Ravi to make regular survey on amenities, including food, darshan, cleanliness, quality of SVBC programmes in the VQC compartments.
TTD has made elaborate arrangements for providing food in the queue compartments and outside lines in the wake of huge rush during summer. Over 2,800 Srivari Sevakulu have been deployed to manage operations.
