‘Election Commission should cancel DMK’s recognition’
Condemning Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) for its unruly behaviour in the Assembly on Saturday, AIADMK legislature party leader A Anbazhagan urged the Election Commission of India to cancel the recognition of DMK.

Speaking to media persons here on Sunday, Anbazhagan said that the DMK members led by their leader M K Stalin has taken sharp (blade like) objects into the House and caused physical harm to the Speaker.
“The House witnessed rowdyism by the Opposition to stall the AIADMK legislature party leader from proving his majority in the House. DMK has flouted all democratic conventions,” he accused.
Ambalagan demanded that criminal proceedings be initiated against DMK legislators and their leader Stalin. He also came down heavily on Congress and accused the party to be playing in the hands of DMK.
Ambalagan extended greetings to party General Secretary V K Sasikala who, he said could uphold the values ‘by the people for the people’ cherished by Jayalalithaa.
