Kushboo moves court against passport office

Justice B Rajendran, who heard her plea ordered notice to the Regional Passport Officer returnable in a week. Kushboo in her plea had submitted that she had been issued with a passport in 2012, which was even much later than the cases mentioned by the passport office. 

She also noted that passport office on collecting all the details as well as her track record had issued the passport and now cannot refuse to renew her passport and issue a fresh one.
