Sukumar bowls Hunters XI to win

Bowling first, Hunters skittled Kohinoor out for a paltry 74, thanks to right-arm medium fast bowler Sukumar’s match-winning spell. Chasing 75 for a win, Hunters got past the line in 13.2 overs, losing only one wicket in the process. In another match, left-arm spinner Nikesh K Talawat (5/43) bagged five wickets to guide Cosmopolitan Club to a 52-run success over City Central League.

Cosmopolitan Club was bowled out for 166 while batting first, courtesy of B Vinoth Kumar’s (5/51) five-wicket haul. Defending a little over three runs per over, the winning side had City Central League all out for 114. Nikesh was the wreaker-in-chief for Cosmopolitan Club, taking five invaluable wickets.
