Kerala defeats Tamil Nadu

KB Vamsi (4/15) delivered a match-winning spell as Tamil Nadu thrashed Saurashtra by eight wickets in a BCCI Women Under-19 Elite ‘C’ One-Day match in Rajkot on Monday.

Opting to bat after winning the toss, Saurashtra could only muster 123 for nine, courtesy tight bowling by Tamil Nadu. Vamsi was its best bowler, scalping four invaluable wickets. Replying to Saurashtra’s tiny total, Tamil Nadu completed its formalities in 28.4 overs, losing only two wickets in the chase.
