Goa to host ISL 2019-20 final
Football Sports Development Limited, the Indian Super League’s organiser, last Sunday revealed Goa as the venue for the final of the sixth edition.

GOA: The summit clash is scheduled at 7.30 pm at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here on March 14 (Saturday). This is the second time Goa will be hosting the decider, having held one previously in ISL 2015, where Chennaiyin FC edged FC Goa 3-2 to clinch the title.
It is to be noted that FC Goa secured a spot in the AFC Champions League (2021) group stage by topping the ISL 2019-20 league table.
“Goa deserves to host the ISL final. There is no denying that Goa loves its football. We would love to bring the most crucial football match to the city,” said FSDL Founding Chairperson Nita Ambani via a release. The four teams who have made it to the ISL 6 play-offs are FC Goa, ATK, Bengaluru FC and Chennaiyin.
Odisha, Kerala play out superb draw
Odisha FC and Kerala Blasters FC played out an entertaining 4-4 draw at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneshwar last Sunday.
Spaniard Manuel Onwu scored a hat-trick for the host while striker Bartholomew Ogbeche netted twice for the visitor to lead the Golden Boot standings with 15 to his name. Odisha ended its league stage campaign with 25 points while Kerala finished seventhwith 19 points.
