Ankeet, Shahrukh score double centuries

Resuming from their overnight score of 324/4, the UFCC bowlers spent most part of the day chasing the red cherry as Ankeet and Shahrukh scored double centuries. Ankeet’s 206 came in 280 balls with ten fours and six sixes while Shahrukh consumed 269 balls and hit 21 fours and three sixes for his 204. 

In reply, UFCC were reeling at 122 for six in their first innings when stumps were drawn. Elsewhere, Globe Trotters beat CromBest by an innings and 45 runs. Monish Satish was the wrecker-in-chief with a match haul of 12/61, that included a 6/26 on Sunday.
