Batting first, Hyderabad, led by former TN stalwart S Badrinath, ran up 165 for five in their 20 overs with the 21-year-old Tanmay striking 12 fours and two sixes. Badrinath gave adequate support with a 26-ball 34. The Tamil Nadu batsmen could not cope up with the asking rate and folded up for 93 in the last over.Â
