Gandhi helps TN take lead
Kaushik Gandhi scored a scintillating 164 to help Tamil Nadu take an all important 70 run first innings lead against Punjab in their Ranji Trophy league match at the VCA Stadium in Jamtha, Nagpur.

Gandhi was supported well by veteran Dinesh Karthik, who chipped in with 54. Manpreet Gony was the pick for Punjab with figures of four for 81. Â In reply, Punjab scored 121 for the loss of two wickets, an overall lead of 54, with U Kaul (43*) and Mandeep Singh (35*) holding fort.Â
