TNBSA to hold big tournaments
The Tamil Nadu State Billiards and Snooker Association has set its sights on popularising the game in the districts.

S Surendran, who was elected for a two-year term as president of TNBSA at its annual general meeting in the city, said there would be two all-india tournaments in the districts and one of them will be in Erore, where he hails from. “This event will be in December and all the top players would play in it,” said the new TNBSA president. The TNBSA president said he is also planning to bring the nationals to Chennai in January. “Our immediate task is to shift our premises from Gopalapuram to Mount Road,” said the association president.
