All-India volleyball at Thoothukudi

Organising secretary of the tournament, Ramesh Kumar said seven teams would participate in the men’s category while four teams will be there in the women’s category. IOB, Chennai, South Central Railway, Secunderabad, Kerala Police, SRM University are the prominent teams in the men’s section. Kerala Police, KSEB, Sports Authority of India, New Delhi, and Western Railways, Mumbai are the four teams in the women’s section. 

The winners of the tournament in the men’s category would receive Rs.75,000 as the first prize. Runners-up and the third placed team in the men’s category would receive Rs 50,000 and 25,000 respectively. 

In the women’s section, the top three teams will receive Rs.50,000, Rs.30,000 and Rs.20,000 respectively.
