Chennai P&T Audit Recreation’s Club’s Vignesh S. Iyer took seven wickets for 25 runs as his team beat Saidapet Gymkhana by six wickets in the TNCA lower division league. Batting first, Saidapet Gymkhana were skittled out for a paltry 114 in 30 overs with Vignesh being the wrecker-in-chief.

Chasing, riding on T. Mahendran’s half-century, Chennai P&T Audit Recreation Club overhauled the target in just 15 overs to notch a big win.
Elsewhere, R.G. Sudharsanan slammed a century (122) for HSBC Recreation Club against YMCA Royapettah as his team posted a mammoth 288 for four in 30 overs. YMCA never got into the groove and could only manage 117 in reply.
