India wins gold in 40km women team trial cycling
Indian women clinched the gold for the country in 40km team trial cycling at the 12th South Asian Games here today.

The winning team of India consisted of Bidyaluxmi Tourangbam, Rutuja Satpute, Manisha G and Chaoba Devi.
They had a final time of 59.23.52 minutes.
Bidyaluxmi and Chaoba had earlier won the gold and silver respectively in individual category of the same event.
The Silver medal in the category was won by Sri Lanka, represented by Udeshani Niranjani, Lasanthi Krishna Gunathilaka, Sriyalatha Wickramasinghe and Sudarike Priyadarshini.
They had a final time of 1.02.07.530.
The bronze medal was grabbed by the Pakistani team with a final time of 1.02.42.280.
The team consisted of Sabiha Bibi, Rashda Munir, Rajia Shabbir and Fiza Riaz.
