July 19 - 25

ARIES (20 MARCH –20 APRIL)

There is no reason to feel frustrated or tied down- for the magnificent combination of the King of Pentacles and The Emperor come to show that you are so well protected by powerful people particularly men who will come forward to help in areas of finance particularly and other things in general too. The King of pentacles also brings to you the much-needed relief in terms of money and thereby the power that you feel after that. The King also signifies the dominance of male energies in your life now and that is something you can harness to your advantage. The emperor on the other hand is the benign hand over your head ensuring that things are in your favour and if they are not then they are offering a protective touch to your life. So when the card Eight of Swords comes then you should know that anything you are feeling in terms of being tied up or claustrophobic, they are all the figments of your imagination.

TAURUS (20 APRIL – 21 MAY)

So long as there are no unrealistic expectations about money due to you there is every chance that you could land with a windfall. And this is something you might not expect at a time like this, but this can happen provided you are in the receiving mode. The Ten of Pentacles is an indication of that where there are discussions going on behind your back about how to provide you the money to you in ways that are plentiful and abundant. This is the work of the Universe after hearing your wishes and prayers! That is also confirmed by the card of Justice which means that what is meant and due to you will most certainly come to you. When it comes to the Seven of Cups it means that you cannot also dictate the amount or the way it will come. How it comes to you does not matter— the fact is that it will come. This is a long-standing wish of yours and the time is ripe for things to fall into place financially.

GEMINI (21 MAY – 21 JUNE)

If you are a male and with offsprings this week you will feel the pride and responsibility of ensuring the best for them- by that it means that you will do everything silently or otherwise to make sure that they get their due and also be of support in terms of money and other infrastructural support. This will be for the males in the family or those you consider as males in terms of attitude and opportunities. The King of Wands is someone who will be strong and will see all his ambitions being realized through the youngsters. And therefore, will partake of all their endeavours in the most supportive manner. But for others, the appearance of the King of Wands suggests support from strong individuals when it comes to realizing dreams and goals and this support will come from either mentors.

CANCER (21 JUNE – 23 JULY)

Right now, you are torn between realizing all your dreams and desires when it comes to working and work-related things and the desire to be carefree and without any loads on you. The Nine of Wands and the fool card are kind of two ends of the spectrum for this week. Next week the same two cards can have a different meaning. Life is dynamic and everything changes all the time. This is confirmed by the Two of Pentacles which deals with money and money matters which are almost always related to work and work goals. So with all this, you will have to decide in a prioritized manner what works and what you will put your energy into. You don’t have to give up any of your desires to expand and take on more work or start new things — considering you have multiple things you would like to do.

LEO (23 JULY –23 AUGUST)

Sometimes even in the midst of people, you care about you could be feeling intensely lonely or alone. There is a difference between these two words- one makes you feel sad and miserable and the other can be extremely empowering knowing that you are absolutely enough. So the Three of Cups shows that you could be in a celebratory mode over living itself and other news and events that could make you open that bottle of wine. But through it all the Five of Cups will make you feel like everything is so temporary and so not worth anything in the long run. These conflicting views are part of your spiritual growth and this is not something that happens to all. VIRGO (23 AUGUST – 23 SEPTEMBER)

You could say that the time to be in limelight is in the week that is coming. The Ace of Cups brings to you a degree of fulfillment and success in the way you term it. It could mean new inroads into work relationships and finances. This is confirmed by The Empress who is in command or rather in a place of great strength. She is also the symbol of creativity and productivity so you will see yourself in that light. The Chariot shows that you are on the right track and this is important because all the other things won’t matter if you are treading a path that is not meant for you. Somewhere you will also feel assuaged about many things that have been bothering for a while- it could be anything! People, events, things and mostly emotions that would have kept you feeling low and dispirited.

LIBRA (23 SEPTEMBER – 23 OCTOBER)

Right now, is a good week coming up for most Librans. There is seemingly everything that one can get out of life- food, shelter, money and security of people around loving you and protecting you in different ways. The Magician ensures that life is a well-rounded experience now so make the best of this time. Family life will be in harmony with your personality and that is signified by the Ten of Cups which will bring all members together in laughter and play. You could find yourself playing simple games like scrabble or meeting in small groups. Then there is no need to worry about what is going to happen in the future. The Five of Pentacles shows that you are unnecessarily worrying about money and finances – there is enough for now and that is what you need to concern yourself with.

SCORPIO (23 OCTOBER – 22 NOVEMBER)

Too many things could make you feel like dropping it all and running away to the mountains for a bit of peace. First, you will need to silence the chatter in your head which is making you feel like this in the first place. The Eight of Cups brings this aspect to the fore. The Two of Swords shows the vacillation that you go through when it comes to almost anything and your thoughts will also go back and forth on matters of work and other aspects of life. This is caused by the lack of trust that everything will work out and that if you are on this earth that means there is a purpose for you. And that if you are indeed alive then you should know that the Divine loves you and you are important no matter how you see yourself. The Hanged Man brings to you confusion about important things like work.

SAGITTARIUS (22 NOVEMBER –22 DECEMBER)

Even as you contemplate your ambitions, you could also toy with the idea of further studies — this might come as a surprise to you too, but it could be hidden within your core about furthering your knowledge and studies could be the way forward. The Page of Wands shows a clear preoccupation with work and growth in that area. The High Priestess comes about to show you the path to great wisdom is knowledge — gaining knowledge is not enough because to put to use this is what gains you true wisdom and that will automatically make you a leader in your work and life goals. CAPRICORN (22 DECEMBER – 20 JANUARY)

There is a tendency to feel overburdened by the weight of your ambitions – the Ten of Wands shows that. You are labouring under the weight of too many things you want to achieve and you want it all in a short time. The Two of Wands shows that you are contemplating many things that will have overseas connections but right now the time is not very conducive to that. You will have to be prepared to do this virtually and then when the world truly opens up you can take it further. Also when you want to do too many things there is a loss of focus and energy and that will for sure ensure that you don’t do most things you have laid out for yourself. Sometimes multitasking can be counterproductive.

AQUARIUS (20 JANUARY –18 FEBRUARY)

You are feeling very tired and frustrated with life now- and this is a prevailing feeling for many who are feeling restricted and tied down to one place with no means of going out and being there. The Nine of Swords shows how the mind is being plagued by uncertainties and overthinking. But The Hierophant comes to show that there is a lot of divine protection being offered to you so be patient and revel in things that you can do from the place you are restricted to- yoga, writing reading, etc are all very productive activities that will keep you engaged. There is also an intense desire to travel especially places where you want to see loved ones and also put down a base. Right now that looks a little bleak. You have all resources ready to do it but the situation in the world around you is dicey and travel is the least desired activity so again be patient – this too shall pass!

PISCES (18 FEBRUARY –20 MARCH)

What you need most now is Strength — of purpose, of emotions and otherworldly desires. And that is the card that has also come to remind you of this. It is also time to feel intense gratitude for the things that are there and you would do well to be in that state most of the time. This will bring to you the richness of the earth in a way you did not think possible. Judgement also means that what you are going through now are the kinds of seeds you have sown individually and collectively. Which is why gratitude is so important in the days you are going through. The Ace of Swords shows that this phase will pass and you will be in a situation of great strength and you will be able to clearly chart out a path for yourself in all areas of your life.
