The pictures were originally shared four summers ago, by the minister’s husband Dr Parakala Prabhakar (now Communications Adviser to the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh) from their home in Hyderabad.
There’s also a video of the minister preparing the pickle uploaded on YouTube, that is also being shared widely on social media. Sharing the video, one user wrote, “She’s already found herself in a pickle,” while another said, “One of the country’s most powerful women showing she’s a commoner who makes her own pickle. Kudos to her.”
