Does sharing PM Modi’s picture gets one imprisoned?

A message trending on social media states that the WhatsApp admin who shares pictures of Rahul Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be arrested by Police Officers. Moreover, it was mentioned that the WhatsApp group member who forward the pictures should be removed from the group or the group should be deleted.

On investigation it was found that the Police Officers cannot access WhatsApp messages as the WhatsApp messenger is fully encrypted. Only the messages shared in public on Facebook or twitter can be accessed.
