CHENNAI: The National Democratic Alliance (NDA), led by the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), on Saturday boycotted the reply of Chief Minister MK Stalin in the Tamil Nadu Assembly.
Members belonging to the AIADMK, BJP and the PMK (Anbumani faction) stayed away from the House when the Chief Minister delivered his reply to the motion of thanks to the Governor's address.
However, after Chief Minister Stalin concluded his speech, BJP MLA Vanathi Srinivasan and a few other members entered the House and took part in the proceedings.
